in their desperate attempt to get a sound they "like". I see a constant flow of threads on this forum from digital piano owners asking questions about this powered monitor or another one …. If that is the case, why not say that in the first place and stop telling us to buy powered monitors for our digital pianos ? Then one might begin hearing suggestions (passive speakers, separate amplifiers, etc.) for things that might work better for the warm, pleasant sound. Well, monitors are designed to give you a pure, clean sound from you piano and probably will not provide a pleasant, warm sound. Then, after you have purchased 2 or 3 different versions because you have difficulty "liking" the sound you get through them …. the first things that gets suggested seems to be Powered Monitors ? Why is it that when you purchase a digital piano and subsequently attempt to purchase some means of improving the sound with external speakers ….
